Do not drink too much when we are not thirsty

As we know, drinking water can protect us from kidney damage (D3 Gold). And also, we know it can help us to lose weight and decrease concentration levels. However, some experts say that drinking more than eight cups of water is not good for us, but it will be harmful to us. They criticize the government for their misleading about water. As the government noticed, we should drink at least 8 cups of water. But some experts blame it is unreasonable. It is said that we should drink 1.2 liters of water every day, but there is no enough evidence proving that drinking much water is good for our healthy. Dr. Li suggested that government asked people to drink six to eight cups of water every day is nonsense. He also pointed that many producers exaggerated the benefits of bottle water. It can not help our body if we drink much water when we are not thirsty, but it will damage our body. Some evidences show that chemicals in some bottle water may be harmful to our health. Besides, drinking too much water will lead to lack of sleep because people have to get up in the night to go to toilet. If you drink too much water before two hours to go to bed, it will damage your kidney. Some people want to lose weight by drinking much water, but it is not been proved actually. Sometimes, it will affect your normal body system. From now on, do not drink too much when we are not thirsty.
