I appreciate your concern

May I ask if there are any facts behind your statement ?

If you want to use the argument of the laws of thermodynamics, it's irrelevant (Diablo 3 Gold).

I did not say I'm planning on using Hydrogen as a fuel, but rather, as an additive.

It has been proven that Hydrogen improves the properties of gasoline by increasing its flame speed. That, in turn, has many positive outcomes on the efficiency of the burn. One example would be that the heat-transfer system between burnt and unburnt molecules becomes more efficient.

The list goes on, but I won't go into details.

There is a study made by NASA in the '70s, but my account is too new to write links.

You can find it on Google if you search "nasa multi cylinder hydrogen enhancement". It should be the first one, it's a .pdf.

It is true, though, that MPG gains can be achieved only when running a decently efficient Hydrogen generator system (Diablo 3 Gold). In other words, a system that has at least 50 % Farraday efficiency. It is calculated in Mililiters per Minute per Watt. 50 % Farraday effiency would be about 5 MMW. That's about 1 Liter Per Minute of Oxyhydrogen gas @ 13.5V and 15A.
